It’s official, Windows 7 RC will be ready for download on May 5th. According to the Windows blog, the Windows 7 RC will be officially available to MSDN and TechNet subscribers on April 30th, and will be made available for the public on May 5th. The Windows blog praised all the beta users for the feedback they received, during the peak of the feedback cycle they received a report every 15 seconds for an entire week. No doubt the feedback helped to improve some of the cutting edge features coming out. They went on to say that there engineers worked hard using this feedback to fix bugs and feel this download will offer a satisfying experience. I know on May 5th the servers are going to get over loaded again so hang in there.
